Evaluated community workforce needs, then developed and applied various models to address displaced workers during the former Obama Administration terms. Developed and facilitated training that inevitably led to the placing of over 1,000 community members in West Baltimore and surrounding areas.

Comcast Foundation – Trainer & Program Planning/Evaluation Consultant
Evaluated and collaborated with Title I high school affiliates and advisors on efficient motivational systems and models to increase student success. This led to 100% endorsement by the late Congressman Elijah Cummings (7th District Representative) and the United States Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications, and Information Administration in year one of the program’s launch. Over 90% of the students received financial literacy and Cisco A+ certifications.

Maryland Office of Employment Development (MOED) – Trainer & Program Planning/Evaluation Consultant
Partnered, developed and facilitated training for MOED (Mayor Office of Employment Development) adult learners on the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs.
Provided and created simulation techniques and technology tools for learning enhancement of Microsoft programs. Approximately 92% of adult learners received Microsoft certifications after program

Moses H. Cone Hospital (Department of Infectious Disease) – Program Planner & Evaluation Consultant
Managed the functionality testing process for the Ryan White Program-CAREWare and Centricity Databases during start-up implementation phases. Planned and evaluated continuous focus groups for HIV/AIDS communities for purposes of evaluating the effectiveness of the North Carolina consortium and Ryan White ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program) and healthcare access efficiency.
Led the implementation of the Centricity EMR for the Infectious Disease Department in conjunction with GE Healthcare Consultants.
