Develop and design the online Business Management/Project Management specialization courses for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree programs.

Develop and design the Online Masters of Public Health (OMPH) program courses for masters of public health students.

Develop and design the Masters of Adult and Continuing Education (MS); Early Childhood Education (B.S.), and Contemporary Education Leadership (M.Ed.) courses for baccalaureate and master of education students.

Develop practicum partnerships for K-12 educators in the DMV (Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia) area.

Oversee data collection of NIH surveys 1 & 2; managed the compilation of data and transfer for analysis to support the predetermined model/framework; and developed and disseminated annual reports using existing models.

Supervising a School of Community Health and Policy graduate research assistant student during the project period for purposes of supporting tasks of compiling, analyzing, and presenting data for the implementation of monitoring and outcome evaluation reports.

Developed and facilitated a training workshop on the following: Bridging the Gap: Health Disparities Among Material Child Populations

Developed and facilitated training for NIH, CDC staff, and other stakeholders pertaining to healthcare equity and disparities among marginalized communities.

Other projects include training in the areas of statistics and predictive modeling used to address stressed communities and health disparities.

Develop curriculum for the Business and Leadership department using OER.

Evaluated departmental workforce needs by developing and facilitating training for procurement administrators on organizational management and workforce development functions.

Evaluated the Barbadian Caribbean community college needs for online and remote course development based on existing infrastructural barriers.

Evaluated community workforce needs, then developed and applied various models to address displaced workers during the former Obama Administration terms. Developed and facilitated training that inevitably led to the placing of over 1,000 community members in West Baltimore and surrounding areas.

Evaluated and collaborated with Title I high school affiliates and advisors on efficient motivational systems and models to increase student success. This led to 100% endorsement by the late Congressman Elijah Cummings (7^th District Representative) and the United States Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications, and Information Administration in year one of the program’s launch. Over 90% of the students received financial literacy and Cisco A+ certifications.

Partnered, developed and facilitated training for MOED (Mayor Office of Employment Development) adult learners on the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs.

Provided and created simulation techniques and technology tools for learning enhancement of Microsoft programs. Approximately 92% of adult learners received Microsoft certifications after program

Managed the functionality testing process for the Ryan White Program-CAREWare and Centricity Databases during start-up implementation phases. Planned and evaluated continuous focus groups for HIV/AIDS communities for purposes of evaluating the effectiveness of the North Carolina consortium and Ryan White ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program) and healthcare access efficiency.

Led the implementation of the Centricity EMR for the Infectious Disease Department in conjunction with GE Healthcare Consultants.
